Warning: TikTok account misusing the name of S H Solicitors Ltd

A TikTok social media account has been set up which misuses the name '@shsolicitorsltd_' and the credentials of 'Shahbon Hussain'.
What is the scam?
The SRA have been informed that a TikTok account has been created misusing the name of a genuine firm of solicitors (see below) and the credentials of a genuine solicitor.
The SRA have been informed that this TikTok account misusing the name of a genuine firm of solicitors is being used to attempt to charge clients for services.
The TikTok account is under the username '@shsolicitorsltd_' and has misused the firm's logo and provided a phone number for WhatsApp contact '07777 359974' which if contacted on WhatsApp states that the user of the number is a Business and the name is 'Cbn Lawyer'.
Any business or transactions through the above social media account, or the number '07777 359974' is not undertaken by a firm or individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
Is there a genuine firm or person?
The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine firm of solicitors called S H Solicitors LTD. The firm's head office address is 260-262 Dudley Road, Birmingham, B18 4HL, England. Its email domain is @shsolicitors.com. The contact number for the firm is 0121 558 5064.
The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine solicitor named Shahbon Hussain, who is a Director at S H Solicitors LTD.
The genuine firm of S H Solicitors LTD has confirmed that neither it nor Shahbon Hussain have any connection to the above social media account or phone number.
What should I do?
When a firm's or individual's identity has been copied exactly (or cloned), due diligence is necessary. If you receive correspondence claiming to be from the above firm(s) or individual(s), or information of a similar nature to that described, you should conduct your own due diligence by checking the authenticity of the correspondence by contacting the law firm directly by reliable and established means. You can contact the SRA to find out if individuals or firms are regulated and authorised by the SRA and verify an individual's or firm's practising details. Other verification methods, such as checking public records (e.g. telephone directories and company records) may be required in other circumstances.
