This notification relates to a Decision to prosecute before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.  This is an independent Tribunal which will reach its own decision after considering all the evidence, including any evidence put forward by the Solicitor.  The Tribunal has certified that there is a case to answer in respect of allegations which are or include that :-

Between 23 December 2013 and 16 May 2014, Ms Rollo caused or allowed payments to be paid out from the Firm’s Sterling client account other than in respect of an underlying legal transaction or a service forming part of the normal regulated activities of solicitors;

Between 29 May, 2014 and 26 August 2016, Ms Rollo caused or allowed payments to be paid from the Firm’s Euro client account, other than in respect of an underlying legal transaction or a service forming part of the normal regulated activities of solicitors.

The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
