Welcome to the latest issue of SRA Update. Following extensive engagement with you, the public and other stakeholders, we have finalised three consultations as part of our Consumer Protection Review. Safeguarding client money is of paramount importance, and we want your views on proposals that keeps such funds safe. We have also published guidance for in-house solicitors, again following extensive engagement. This includes guidance for employers to outline their lawyers’ obligations.
